The New York Giants and Las Vegas Raiders might highlight a Week 9 afternoon slate of lackluster games, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t value to be found in Vegas this weekend with the home side sitting as a 1.5-point favorite with a falling total.
With Daniel Jones getting back under center after some poor QB play in his absence, is it time to buy some shares of the New York pass catchers who could see lots of time on the field with Darren Waller out?
I break down the NFL odds and offer my free NFL picks for Giants vs. Raiders on November 5.

The San Francisco 49ers were one of the best teams all season long and after surviving a scare in the Divisional Round, enter the NFC Championship game as -7.5 point home favorites over the visiting Detroit Lions.
Can Brock Purdy continue to prove the doubters wrong? Or will the Detroit Lions pull off the upset which would send them to their first Super Bowl?
While there are a number of different subscription-based TV channels and streaming services available to watch this game… did you know that you can also live stream Lions/49ers directly from legal sports betting sites?

A second consecutive week of a Monday Night Football doubleheader concludes with the Seattle Seahawks vs. Detroit Lions in a game that should bring plenty of excitement.
The undefeated Seahawks boast the best passing defense in the NFL and my Seahawks vs. Lions predictions see the Lions banking on their running backs.

It is a depleted RB Leipzig squad that will arrive at Old Trafford on Wednesday. No matter. Facing Manchester United in the Champions League is still a pleasure, but it no longer feels like a special treat for a club that reached the semi-finals last season, while Ole Gunnar Solsjkær’s side had to content themselves with the Thursday night version of continental action.
Julian Nagelsmann will do his Monday morning head count with Lukas Klostermann and Konrad Laimer among those definitely out and doubts over the always-running Kevin Kampl and Nordi Mukiele. The coach will make light of it, as he already has done since Leipzig fell short in the last four against PSG in Lisbon. The feeling on that August night was that perhaps the club’s y…
Iraq will definitely not make an appearance at the 2010 World Cup. Their chances were slim, but did exist as long as FIFA hadn t replied to an appeal concerning their qualifier with Qatar in March.
Qatar fielded Brazilian-born Emerson in their first of two matches with Iraq. It turned out however, that the player had already represented the Brazilian U-20 team using the name of Marcio Passos De Albuquerque.
Since this is against FIFA regulations, Iraq tried their luck and filed an appeal against the result of that match, a 2-0 defeat.
But the world governing body on Monday announced that it will not be treating the issue, as Iraq paid the required fee eleven days too late.
The second game was lost 0-1, allowing Qatar to advance to the next round.

Euro 2020 is disappearing before our eyes, with the delayed tournament somehow already at the business end as we head into the final three matches.
It s been a thrill ride since the very beginning. From Italy making a sparkling start and Denmark rallying after Christian Eriksen s medical emergency, to France falling at the last 16 and England reaching the semi-finals of a second successive major tournament.
Italy, England, Spain and Denmark are all that s left as Euro 2020 enters its final week, and at this point it seems particularly tricky to call, particularly between first three.
But, given how integral statistics are to football these days, data can potentially give you edge when attempting to predict certain outcomes, and this is where Stats Perform s Artif…
France midfielder Yohan Cabaye believes the team should not be ashamed of their Euro 2012 exit at the hands of European champions Spain.
Les Bleus were comfortably beaten courtesy of two Xabi Alonso goals to see their challenge in Poland and Ukraine end at the quarter-final stage.
We were not ridiculous, the former Lille man told the French Football Federation s official website.
We have done the essential which was to reach the quarters.
We knew that in the game, we could win, but we couldn t quite do it.
France will begin their bid to win a place at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil later this year, and will once again meet Spain, who have been drawn in the same qualification group.
Cabaye believes Les Bleus will be ready to dish out so…
Goalkeeper Francesco Toldo has signed a new two-year contract at FC Internazionale Milano, with the 37-year-old saying the Nerazzurri made him feel young as he committed himself to the cause until June 2011.
The former ACF Fiorentina goalkeeper said: It s a great honour to know that signing a two-year contract at the age of 37 is a first for a keeper at Inter. I wish to thank the club for their faith in me. I ll do my best to repay them in the best way .

Jadon Sancho s arrival at Manchester United was initially heralded as something of a game changer for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, their right-wing problems set to be a thing of the past with the England international seemingly guaranteeing goals and creativity.
But, as it did with most other stories in football, Cristiano Ronaldo s signing took the spotlight away and it seems everyone has been focused on the Portugal talisman.
That might actually be a helpful thing for Sancho, given his start to life at United has been about as explosive as a candle. He is there, in the background, but unless you look at him it is very easy to forget his existence.
Sancho thus far appears to have largely escaped full-scale criticism, with Ronaldo s goalscoring return and then…
Chile international Alexis Sanchez agreed to sign for Arsenal from Barcelona on this day in 2014 in a deal reported to be worth around £30million.
Closing a deal for Sanchez – who also had interest from Liverpool and Juventus – was down in no small part to the influence of Gunners manager Arsene Wenger.
The former Monaco boss is understood to have spoken to the player face to face while working for French television at the World Cup in Brazil, convincing him the Emirates Stadium was the right place to further his career.
“As many people have seen during the World Cup this summer, Alexis is a fantastic footballer and we are delighted that he is joining us at Arsenal Football Club,” Wenger told www.arsenal.com.
“Alexis will add power, creativity …
